You are surrounded by toilets, and in those toilets are live heads -- those are your targets. They are everywhere. You have the ability to walk and run, but you can't run too far because the more you progress in the game, the more you will be bombarded with Skibidi toilets. The only way out is to kill these infections by flushing their heads down the toilets or zapping them.
